When you apply or contact RPRTZ, we receive the information entered in the form, which can include your name, email address, website, location, audience information, content topics and proposed promotional methods.

Technical and security information

Our infrastructure may process IP address, browser information, timestamps, requested pages and security-verification data to operate forms, prevent abuse and protect the service. Cloudflare Turnstile processes information necessary to complete the security challenge.

How information is used

We use information to review applications, communicate about program opportunities, administer approved offers, answer questions, prevent fraud, maintain security and comply with applicable obligations.

When information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers supporting hosting, email, security and program operations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a business transaction. RPRTZ does not state that application information is sold.

Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate or administer the relationship, maintain program and security records, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable obligations. Retention can vary according to the record and relationship.

You may use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted. A request may require identity verification, and some records may be retained where permitted or required.

Security

RPRTZ uses administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
